A Slow Walk
I write often about mine and Molly's walks and that is our time to commune with nature and to gain a perspective on our world. There are days we take slow walks and then there are days like today when we were "old man" slow. Comedian Tim Conway used to do a skit where he was an old man and he just shuffled along at a snail's pace and that was me and Molly this afternoon. I didn't sleep well, my feet and legs are killing me, and Molly is never in a hurry any more. Molly stopped five or six times in the driveway for either rest or because she wanted to be petted but I didn't mind. That is a good thing because I do not think I could keep up with her.
