There used to be a morning radio show on several years ago called "the Love and Hudson Show" named after the DJ's. They had a character on the show modeled after the Godfather of Soul, James Brown. One of this character's signature sayings was "Get, get, get on up! Get down when you get up!" It was a catch phrase designed to get you out of bed and get you to moving to the music.
Molly's catch phrase is a little bit different but it has the same type of effect. If I oversleep, especially if it is well past her time to go out, she wakes me with a hearty "Woof! Woof! Wooofff!" That means "Get your ass out of bed, I have to go!" It has it's intended affect. It does get me out of bed and get my feet moving towards the door.
