Wake Me When It's Over
I have well documented the fact that Molly is slowing down in her old age but it is never more evident than when I "sneak" out of the house. If she used to hear me pick up car keys and they would make that clinking sound, she would appear out of thin air in front of me within about two seconds. "Where are you going without me?" she seemed to be asking. Now unless she sees me going out the door, I am good to go. Molly is usually in a deep slumber on the bed and doesn't wake up until I check on her. That's OK. She needs the rest.
