When I brought Molly home from the kennel the other day, I noticed that her dog collar had started to fray some around the edges. I knew it was time to pick her out a new one.
I looked at Wal~Mart the next morning but they didn't have any that really appealed to me. Molly is strong as an ox so she has to have a sturdy one and I like the old fashion leather kind but those are hard to find now. Molly, being the diva that she is, is also very fashion conscious so I also have to take in color, style, and things like that. We can't have Molly committing a fashion faux pas.
I decided to try Pet Smart next door. They have a whole row of nothing but collars and leashes. I probably should have taken Molly in there so she could pick out her own but I didn't want a video of Molly slapping a Pomeranian around to end up on TMZ television. I can see one of those grainy security videos now.
I picked her out a chartreuse colored collar with brushed stainless steel clasps and it is very stylish. I brought it home to her and tried it on for size and after viewing several angles in the mirror, Molly barked her approval and we were set. Now I have to accessorize.
