Hot, Hot, Hot

Molly loves the cold weather and the hot weather punishes her for it. The hot weather has returned and Molly has been dragging around the house for about three or four days now. I try to walk her early in the morning before it gets too hot and late in the afternoon when the sun goes down. It makes it much easier on both of us. I also try to keep her water bowl filled to capacity and she can keep cool that way. I also never lock her in the car when it is this hot (I never lock her in the car at all- The heat is one factor and the fact I believe she would try to drive off if I left the keys in it) because that is uber dangerous for a dog's health and I see it happen way, way too much.
