A was talking to the nosy old lady that lives on the first floor this afternoon and she was extolling the virtues of her veterinarian and how I should switch. I am sure she gets a kickback for a recommendation and that is why I wouldn't do it. She made the comment that she "heard Molly wasn't sociable." I hate for Molly to have that reputation but it is the truth and I am not going to apologize for it.
I got Molly from the animal shelter when she was about 8 to 10 weeks old. She was about 5 minutes away from being put down when I rescued her. She has had a chip on her shoulder ever since. She carries that chip with a lot of pride. She has a bad attitude and she walks with a swagger. Molly is my dog and she knows how lucky she is. She also knows how lucky I am. She is loyal to me and that is all I need and all I could ask for.
