The Best In People

I believe that dogs somehow see the best in people, no matter what the person's status in life is. My dog Molly has befriended my alcoholic roommate, especially after the untimely death of his dog. I believe Molly senses the sadness in him and she keeps a careful eye on him. They have formed a bond that even alcohol can't destroy and I know my roommate appreciates it. Molly keeps an eye on me as well but she knows that I will be fine.
