One snowy day in the middle of January, I somehow managed to lock myself and Molly out of the house. It was 15 degrees, there was a foot of snow on the ground, I had no cell phone, and my car was locked. Molly doesn't move so well any more so I had to pick Molly up and navigate through the snow going door-to-door to look for a neighbor that had some tools I could borrow so I could break into my own house.
We started out at the wino's house because I figured he would at least have a flat head screw driver I could borrow. All the wino had was a hangover because I could not get him to come to the door. I then went a couple of doors down to visit my neighbor Grace and her dog Jillian. Grace cordially invited us in and searched for some tools. I did not want to go in because we were covered with snow but Grace insisted, so we went in. Molly promptly went in and stole her dog Jillian's bone and took off out the door with it. Grace said "It's ok, she can have it." My response was "No offense, but if Molly has got that bone, you are not getting it back." Molly was already halfway across the yard with a firm grip on Jillian's bone.
I got the door open, I got the bone away from Molly, and all was right in Molly's World. I decided to take the tools back to Grace by myself. I did not need Molly mugging my neighbor's dog again.
