One More Blast Of Winter

Molly and I woke up this morning to a little bit of snow on the ground. She immediately wanted to go outside and check it out and I am glad that she did. Cold weather always puts the spring of a puppy in her step and we stayd outside as long as I could stand it. Molly is sleeping it off now. It is amazing that she can still smell as well as she can but she took in all of the new smells even with a stiff wind blowing. I believe we are having one more blast of winter before springs settles in.

A Long Vacation

After almost a two month hiatus, Molly and I are back to blogging. We are both slowing down in our old age, me with gallstones and Molly with cataracts, and nap time is more attractive to both of us than it ever has been before. Molly gets to take more advantage of that than I do but that is okay. She does have me by a few years. As mine and Molly's adventures slow down I start getting more nostalgic, and I remember when we were both a lot younger and had more energy. Molly has been by my side through some of the best times I have eveer had and she has helped me through some of the worst times I have ever had, but the key point is, we have been by each other's side every step of the way.
